Customer Success Specialist (3-Month Contract)

About the role

You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their orders are accurately processed and delivered on schedule while maintaining high satisfaction levels. This role provides end‑to‑end indoor sales and customer service support, from generating quotations to coordinating deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Generate quotations for customers and manage order processing.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Interact with customers to resolve issues and provide support.
• Support sales activities by handling customer inquiries and maintaining service records.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and customer communications in the internal system.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and logistics to resolve order discrepancies.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or sales support environments.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using office software for documentation.
