About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Support professional to assist our shipping department with daily activities and ensure accurate documentation and record‑keeping.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the shipping department in shipping activities.
- Maintain and organise shipping documentation and records.
- Provide customer service support and assist the sales team as needed.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on‑site in Subang Jaya.
