About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our newly built Malaysia team at NXP Semiconductors. In this hybrid role you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing complex orders and ensuring their needs are met through close collaboration with sales and supply‑chain teams.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill client needs and ensure order accuracy.
- Own and manage complex customer orders from initiation to delivery.
- Partner closely with supply‑chain functions to coordinate order fulfillment.
- Provide global exposure and cross‑functional partnership across the organization.
- Work within a hybrid model, balancing on‑site presence with remote tasks.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑facing orientation with a focus on order management.
- Ability to work effectively with sales and supply‑chain teams.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
