Customer Service Representative – Interior Design Showroom

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our interior design showroom team in George Town. You will interact with clients both online and in‑person, helping them explore our design solutions and book showroom visits.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide product and design information to prospective clients.
• Coordinate showroom appointments and ensure smooth client experiences on the floor.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings in the company system.
• Achieve performance targets and earn commission based on successful showroom bookings.

Required profile

• Passion for interior design and a keen interest in learning industry knowledge.
• Strong client‑facing attitude and ability to communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work on‑site in George Town with flexible online communication.
