Customer Service Representative – English Speaking (Malaysia)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who is fluent in English to join our Malaysia team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support through phone, email and chat, ensuring each customer interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies.
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues and complaints promptly.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal team when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to relocate to Malaysia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Empathetic and professional approach to customer concerns.
