About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service (Order Fulfillment) Executive to join our team in Simpang Ampat. The role focuses on supporting customers throughout the order lifecycle and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to orders.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams.
- Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.
- Resolve order‑related issues and escalations promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of order transactions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales administration or order fulfillment.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Familiarity with semiconductor or manufacturing environments is a plus.
