Customer Service Junior Coordinator – China & Taiwan

About the role

Wilhelmsen is seeking a Junior Customer Service Coordinator to support its Marine Products division for the China and Taiwan markets. Based in the Kuala Lumpur office, you will join a global maritime team that delivers products and services to vessels worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer requests for quotations (RFQs) and purchase orders (POs) received through the Global Customer Service mailbox.
• Ensure all enquiries are addressed within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Provide administrative support to both Global and Local Customer Service teams.
• Prioritise transactions based on estimated time of arrival, port, and customer type, escalating urgent cases as needed.
• Assist senior support personnel with additional assignments when required.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Based in Kuala Lumpur and able to commute to the office.
