Customer Service Executive – Sales Admin (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive who will also handle sales administration tasks. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and will serve as the first point of contact for Mandarin‑speaking clients, supporting both service and sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in Mandarin.
• Process sales orders, quotations and follow‑up documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the sales database.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Assist in preparing reports and daily administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Mandarin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work fixed 9 am‑6 pm shift, Monday to Friday.
• Detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
