About the role

The Customer Service Executive (Logistic) will work on‑site in Chemor, Perak, supporting Chipseng Heng Enterprise’s haulage operations. This full‑time position is part of the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics / Freight/Cargo Forwarding sector. The executive will plan, schedule, and coordinate daily truck movements to ensure efficient transport of goods and timely deliveries. On‑site presence allows direct oversight of truck activities and rapid response to operational changes.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan daily truck movements for haulage operations.
  • Schedule and coordinate truck routes to meet operational requirements.
  • Monitor truck activities to maintain timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to manage schedules and ensure compliance with company standards.
