Customer Service Executive

About the role

As a Customer Service Executive at PHP Group Sdn Bhd, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing assistance through phone and other communication channels. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and located in the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang area, conveniently near the MRT Taman Equine station. You will work in a dynamic call‑centre environment where delivering a positive customer experience is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to queries promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Document interactions and update customer records in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring a smooth handover.
• Maintain service level agreements and meet daily performance targets.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.
