About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur office. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries, build positive relationships and ensure a smooth experience across all touch points.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails promptly.
Identify customer needs, provide accurate information and guide them through solutions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while keeping the customer informed.
Document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing feedback.

Required profile

Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Customer‑focused attitude with a problem‑solving mindset.
Basic computer literacy and comfortable using standard office software.
