Customer Service Executive – China Desk

About the role

Megalift is seeking a proactive, customer‑focused China Desk Customer Service Executive to nurture and manage relationships with our China‑based clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless service experience while supporting our logistics and freight forwarding operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with China customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate order processing, shipment tracking, and documentation with internal logistics teams.
• Resolve service issues, escalating when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, transactions, and performance metrics.
• Provide feedback to improve service standards and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work with Chinese clients is advantageous.
• Team player who can collaborate across departments.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
