About the role
We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our team at DE Skylight Roofing in Klang. The role focuses on maintaining the health of our receivables and supporting the administration department with essential financial tasks. The successful candidate will work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure timely collection and accurate record‑keeping.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and circulate a weekly aging report to monitor outstanding invoices.
- Provide general support to the admin department for tasks related to credit and collections.
- Generate sales documentation as required to facilitate accurate billing.
- Manage petty cash, ensuring proper recording and reconciliation.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
- Basic understanding of credit control processes and cash handling.
- Proficiency in using standard office software such as spreadsheet applications.
