Creative QA Specialist – Quality Owner for Video & Graphic Assets

About the role

TransPerfect ContentLabs in Malaysia is looking for a meticulous Creative QA Specialist to own quality for video and graphic projects. You will ensure every deliverable aligns with brand, client, and technical standards while collaborating with creative, production, and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the quality owner for creative assets, focusing on video and graphics.
• Review scripts, graphic proposals, sequences, and final outputs for brand compliance, on‑screen text accuracy, and technical correctness.
• Manage quality checkpoints, review cycles, and tight deadlines.
• Implement client feedback and internal comments before delivery.
• Perform final “final‑eye” reviews to validate completeness, consistency, and specifications.
• Identify recurring quality issues and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to optimise workflows and schedules.
• Maintain documentation of reviews, specifications, and approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Background in quality management, project coordination, or production workflows within creative or media environments.
• Experience reviewing video, motion, or graphic design assets across production stages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Independent work style while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
