Crawler Crane Operator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Crawler Crane Operator to join our team in Masai, Johor. You will operate a 50‑100 ton crawler crane on construction and industrial projects, ensuring safe and efficient lifting operations while adhering to all safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a 50‑100 ton crawler crane to perform lifts according to project plans.
• Conduct pre‑operation inspections and routine maintenance of the crane.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and riggers to ensure lift safety and accuracy.
• Maintain lift logs, equipment records, and report any incidents promptly.
• Follow all company safety procedures and local regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating crawler cranes in construction or industrial settings.
• Valid crane operator licence and knowledge of relevant safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret lift plans and site drawings.
• Good physical condition and ability to work on‑site for extended periods.
