About the role
FerroTec is seeking a Costing Executive to join its manufacturing team in Pasir Gudang, Johor. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate product costing, analysing cost variances and delivering timely cost reports.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain product cost structures for all manufactured items.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain cost deviations.
- Generate regular cost reports for management review.
- Collaborate with production, procurement and finance teams to improve cost efficiency.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
