Corporate Credit Specialist – ANZ & HK (Cantonese, hybrid)

About the role

American Express is seeking a Corporate Credit Specialist to manage credit portfolios for its global corporate clients across ANZ, Singapore and Hong Kong. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work both onsite and remotely while engaging with senior stakeholders on complex financial matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor credit exposure for corporate clients in the ANZ, Singapore and Hong Kong regions.
• Conduct credit assessments, prepare risk analyses and recommend credit limits.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to resolve complex credit issues and support business growth.
• Maintain accurate credit documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Provide timely updates and insights to internal teams on credit portfolio performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in Cantonese with strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience in corporate credit analysis or related financial services.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
