About the role

Sunway Medical Centre is seeking a dynamic Corporate Communication Manager to lead its corporate communications function. The role will shape brand strategy, oversee copywriting, digital marketing, media relations, and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate communication and brand strategy aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead a team of communication professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee creation of compelling copy for internal and external communications.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, handling press releases and inquiries.
• Coordinate crisis communication and reputation management.
• Monitor and analyse communication metrics to improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience (5+ years) in corporate communications, public relations or related fields.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to craft strategic messaging and brand narratives.
• Experience in a healthcare or medical environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline.
