Controlling Internship – Finance & Analysis

About the role
We are looking for a motivated intern to join Bosch Group’s Controlling team in Pulau Pinang. The role offers hands‑on experience in finance planning, data handling and process improvement within a leading technology company.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and analysis activities for the Controlling department.
- Collect, process and consolidate financial data and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support process‑improvement initiatives to enhance controlling efficiency.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor programme in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
- Strong communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure.
- Result‑oriented, reliable and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Malay.
- Can provide a university Letter of Recommendation.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good general IT skills.
