About the role
The Content Specialist will focus on creating engaging, trend‑driven videos for TikTok. Working on‑site in Kuala Lumpur, you will join the Glad2Glow Malaysia team to shape the brand’s presence on the platform. This full‑time role blends creativity with a deep understanding of TikTok culture.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, produce and edit short‑form video content tailored for TikTok.
- Monitor TikTok trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Track performance metrics and adjust content based on audience feedback.
- Maintain a content calendar and meet publishing deadlines.
Required profile
- Strong passion for TikTok and social media trends.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Kuala Lumpur.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
