About the role

Alliance Bank is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Consumer Collections Officer for its Subang Jaya branch in Selangor, Malaysia. The role focuses on managing consumer collections and implementing action plans that minimise collection losses while maximising recoveries. The successful candidate will contribute directly to the bank’s financial health by ensuring overdue consumer accounts are effectively handled.

Key responsibilities

Implement action plans aimed at reducing collection losses.
Maximise recoveries from delinquent consumer accounts.
Work on‑site full‑time within the collections team.
Adhere to Alliance Bank policies and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

Availability for a full‑time, on‑site position in Subang Jaya.
