Consultant – Advisors & Consulting Services (Deploy Acquiring)

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Consultant in the Advisors & Consulting Services team to support the Deploy (Acquiring) practice. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end solutions for global customers, helping them launch new products, implement complex technology assets and drive transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new acquiring products and market strategies, ensuring smooth and efficient roll‑out.
• Implement complex technology solutions and manage transformation programmes to establish new business‑as‑usual processes.
• Strengthen client internal capabilities through knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Analyse client business processes, identify improvement opportunities and design strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Own assigned tasks, manage timelines and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented Business Analyst with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior project members.
• Deep understanding of business operations and IT systems.
• Proven ability to manage tasks independently and meet project deadlines.
