Collection & Recovery Executive – Financial Services

About the role

The Collection & Recovery Executive will be responsible for managing overdue accounts within the financial services sector. You will act as the primary point of contact for delinquent customers, negotiate repayment plans, and resolve disputes while supporting the company’s revenue recovery goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delinquent accounts and ensure timely collection.
• Coordinate with external recovery agencies when required.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client communications.
• Ensure all collection processes comply with regulatory and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on collection performance for management review.

Required profile

• Experience in collections, debt recovery or related financial services.
• Familiarity with banking or insurance sector processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
