Cloud Partner Development Representative - Australia & New Zealand

About the role

Westcon-Comstor is looking for a Cloud Partner Development Representative to drive the recruitment of AWS partners into its Accelerated Ascent programs. You will act as the primary liaison between Westcon and prospective AWS partners across Australia and New Zealand, helping them become GTM‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and recruit new AWS partners for the Westcon Accelerated Ascent and Westcon Ascent programs.
• Promote the benefits of the AWS Rapid GTM Ready and AWS Rapid initiatives to potential partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑regional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment with program requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and pipeline status.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on recruitment progress and market feedback.
