About the role

The Client Services Executive will join iFAST Global Hub AI, a Singapore‑listed fintech wealth‑management platform, to provide front‑line support to customers in the Central Business District of Kuala Lumpur. This role offers exposure to the investment domain within the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email and chat.
Provide accurate information on iFAST investment products and services.
Document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date client records.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
Continuously develop knowledge of financial products and market trends.

Required profile

Strong communication skills in English.
Interest in financial services and investment products.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.
Customer‑focused attitude with problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills
