Channel Engagement Specialist

About the role

NS BlueScope is looking for a Channel Engagement Specialist to drive channel execution excellence across its BSAD and hardware dealer networks in Malaysia. The role sits within the Marketing & Communications function and focuses on maintaining governance, discipline and performance standards for all channel activities while working on‑site in Shah Alam.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce channel execution standards across BSAD and hardware dealer channels.
• Implement governance processes to ensure consistent discipline and compliance with corporate policies.
• Collaborate with trade‑marketing and sales teams to align channel activities with broader business objectives.
• Support the development of channel strategies and act as a primary point of contact for dealer queries.
• Report on channel performance, analyse data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in channel management or trade‑marketing environments.
• Strong understanding of dealer network operations and governance.
• Ability to work on‑site in Shah Alam and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
