Case Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Case Management Specialist to join AwePlus in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves supporting international clients with medical claim processing and case coordination, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end medical claim cases for a portfolio of international clients.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurers, and internal teams to gather required documentation.
• Maintain case records in the company’s system and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to clients and senior management.
• Identify and resolve issues that may delay claim settlement.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential health information.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multicultural, international teams.
• Organised and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
