About the role
The Car Park Assistant will ensure smooth operation of the parking facilities at IJM Corporation Berhad's property sites in Penang. This on‑site, full‑time role involves interacting with visitors, managing vehicle flow, and maintaining a safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome drivers and guide them to available parking spaces.
- Monitor parking areas to enforce rules and prevent unauthorized use.
- Collect parking fees or validate tickets according to company procedures.
- Report any incidents, damages, or maintenance issues to the facilities team promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parking zone.
Required profile
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude toward customers.
- Ability to work independently and handle peak traffic periods.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
Required skills
- Basic numeracy for handling payments.
- Familiarity with parking management systems is a plus.
