Cantonese Customer Service Representative – Airline Industry

About the role

Join a fast‑paced airline call centre as a Cantonese Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for Cantonese‑speaking passengers, helping them with inquiries, issues and service requests while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and handle outbound outreach in Cantonese.
• Resolve passenger queries related to bookings, ticket changes, baggage, and flight information.
• Document interactions accurately in the call‑centre system.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese.
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in a call‑centre or customer‑service environment, preferably within the airline sector.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high‑volume environment.
