About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our cafe team at Chocoberry on Penang Island. As a Cafe Crew member you will be the face of our café, delivering friendly service and ensuring a pleasant experience for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, take orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Prepare a variety of coffee, tea and snack items according to standard recipes.
- Handle cash and process payments using the POS system accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, tables, and equipment.
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory checks.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with a supportive team.
- Reliability and willingness to learn.
