Business Growth Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Growth Advisor to join Easystore Commerce’s fast‑moving SaaS team in Puchong. In this role you will combine your passion for meeting people with a results‑driven mindset to help local businesses accelerate their growth through our technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new SMB customers across Malaysia, presenting the value of Easystore’s SaaS solutions.
• Conduct product demos, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive upsell and renewal opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and improve offering.
• Track sales activities and pipeline using internal CRM tools, preparing regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for meeting new people.
• Goal‑oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of SaaS business models and B2B sales cycles.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
