Business Excellence Internship – Communications & Project Management

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s Business Excellence team in Penang as an intern focused on communications and project management. You will support internal communication initiatives, help document process workflows, and assist in organising events and workshops within the company’s largest high‑tech engineering hub in Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop templates and content for internal communications.
• Record and edit videos for internal publications and social media.
• Design internal promotional materials and maintain the company intranet.
• Draft and document process workflows, and support workshop activities.
• Prepare materials, logistics and vendor coordination for events and workshops.
• Provide ad‑hoc administrative support as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a degree program (Business Management, International Business, Business Administration, Project Management or related fields) with a minimum internship duration of four months.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all organisational levels.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to understand and document processes.
• Ability to multitask and present information clearly.
• Can provide a university Letter of Recommendation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
