Business Development Senior Exec (Sponsorship & Sales)

About the role

Join the business side of live entertainment as a Business Development Senior Executive, focusing on securing sponsorships and driving ticket sales for concerts and live shows. You will work on‑site in Petaling Jaya, collaborating with event teams to grow revenue and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure corporate sponsors for concerts and live events.
• Manage ticket sales pipelines and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop new client accounts and nurture existing relationships.
• Prepare sponsorship proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to align sponsorship activation.
• Travel to events and client meetings as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the events or entertainment sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
