Business Development Manager – Enterprise IT Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead the sale of enterprise IT solutions across Selangor. You will work closely with our technical team to identify opportunities, build relationships with corporate clients, and drive revenue growth for our portfolio of IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective enterprise customers in the Selangor region.
• Present and demonstrate IT solutions, tailoring proposals to client business needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with internal solution architects and support teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular forecasts to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, IT, or related field.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within technology or enterprise solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
