Business Development Executive – PVC-U Windows & Doors

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive sales of PVC-U windows and doors across South‑East Asia, building relationships with architects, contractors, and distributors. You will act as the primary point of contact for new business opportunities and help expand Fascina's market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads in the construction and building‑materials sector.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Travel within South‑East Asia to attend trade shows, client meetings, and site visits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in building‑materials or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
