Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth by promoting FUKAR's industrial coating and electroplating services to B2B customers. Working remotely, you will identify new market opportunities, build relationships with key decision‑makers, and support clients throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new B2B clients in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Present technical solutions and value propositions for coating and electroplating services.
• Negotiate contracts, prepare quotations, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM tools and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
