Business Development Executive – Hospitality & Property

About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our hospitality and property management team in Ipoh. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships with property owners and expanding BYON’s portfolio of flash suites and hotels.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential property owners to establish partnership agreements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to add new properties to BYON’s portfolio.
- Maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with operational capabilities.
- Track and report on partnership performance and portfolio growth.
