Business Development Executive – Catering Growth

About the role

The Business Development Executive will lead the expansion of YIFU’s catering services in Kuala Lumpur. Working on‑site, the role is centred on driving growth, establishing strong client partnerships, and enhancing the company’s presence in the competitive catering market.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth in the catering segment by actively pursuing new business opportunities and expanding the client base.
• Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with corporate, event and institutional clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal operations and service teams to align offerings with client expectations and deliver high‑quality service.
• Monitor sales performance, track key metrics and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within food services or related sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with a focus on client‑centric approaches.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kuala Lumpur and adapt to a fast‑moving environment.
