About the role
Join LSCHEM Industry’s junior talent development program as a Business Assistant. You will support the business division of our Pasir Gudang plant while gaining valuable experience in an international, leading industrial environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist daily administrative and operational tasks for the business division.
- Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
- Support data entry and basic record‑keeping activities.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or early‑career professional seeking a full‑time role.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English.
