About the role

As a Business Analyst – Key Account you will drive growth for Unicharm's partners by turning data into actionable insights, uncovering market gaps and enhancing the profitability of promotional activities. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Damansara, Selangor and works closely with sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

Translate partner data into clear, actionable insights.
Identify and analyse market gaps to support growth strategies.
Optimize promotional activities to improve profitability for key accounts.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align data‑driven recommendations with business objectives.

Required profile

Analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into business value.
Experience or interest in sales and key‑account environments.
Strong communication skills to convey insights to partners and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work on‑site in Damansara, Selangor.
