About the role

The Business Analyst will act as the local lead for the monthly client KPI reporting cycle. This on‑site position is based in Cyberjaya and is offered on a 12‑month contract. The role focuses on gathering, validating and turning data into clear KPI reports for internal and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Lead the monthly client KPI reporting cycle.
Collect required data from relevant sources.
Validate data for accuracy and completeness.
Produce KPI reports according to schedule.
Review reports with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

Proven experience in KPI reporting.
Ability to manage end‑to‑end reporting processes.
Strong attention to detail for data validation.
Effective communication skills for report review.
