About the role

Lead consumer‑driven innovation and brand growth across Southeast Asia as our Brand Innovation Manager. You will be responsible for shaping the future of our incontinence care brand, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of consumers in the region.

Key responsibilities

Drive consumer‑focused innovation initiatives for the incontinence care brand.
Expand brand presence and growth throughout Southeast Asian markets.
Identify consumer insights to guide product development and positioning.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Analyze performance metrics and market trends to accelerate brand growth.

Required profile

Relevant experience in brand management and consumer innovation.
Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian consumer market.
Proven track record of delivering brand growth in a competitive environment.
