About the role

The BOM Costing Leader will head the Bill of Materials costing team within a multinational environment. This role focuses on driving process automation, optimizing costing operations and supporting global transformation initiatives. You will work in a hybrid setting, balancing office collaboration with flexible remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the BOM Costing team to deliver accurate cost estimates.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline costing processes.
• Analyze cost data to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.

• Ensure compliance with company costing standards and policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cost engineering or BOM costing within manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
• Ability to lead a team and manage cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
