BIM Modeler (MEP)

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeler to create and manage CAD and Revit models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and BIM Manager to ensure high‑quality deliverables that meet client standards and project deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Produce 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using CAD and Revit for MEP works.
• Prepare and update 3D BIM models for CSD (Construction Spatial Design) submissions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with office or client drafting standards and submission schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of models, drawings, clash reports, RFIs, and BIM registers according to ISO procedures.
• Perform regular backups and housekeeping of model directories.
• Participate in CSD coordination meetings, identify issues, and distribute resolutions.
• Support the project team with BIM‑based presentations and related activities.
• Report progress to the Project Manager and collaborate under the supervision of the BIM Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and managing BIM models for MEP projects.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Strong organizational skills for record‑keeping and documentation.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.
