BIM Modeler (M&E)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler (Mechanical & Electrical) to join our engineering team in Puncak Alam. The role focuses on creating high‑level BIM models up to LOD 500, developing Revit families and ensuring seamless coordination across multidisciplinary projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed BIM models for M&E systems up to LOD 500.
• Develop and maintain custom Revit families to meet project specifications.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Collaborate with design engineers, architects and contractors to resolve BIM issues.
• Maintain model integrity and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in the construction or engineering sector.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems and their representation in BIM.
• Ability to work on‑site and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Revit (family creation and model development).
• Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• BIM coordination and model management.
