BIM Modeler – Civil Engineering Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler to create and manage detailed BIM models for civil engineering projects, supporting both local and overseas teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop BIM models, including general arrangement plans and schedules.
• Provide BIM and drafting support to the Singapore C&S team.
• Produce sewer, drainage, traffic plans and reinforced concrete detailing for box culverts and box drains.
• Generate quantity schedules using BIM tools.
• Collaborate and coordinate with civil, architectural, and MEP teams across locations.
• Perform BIM modelling, federation, coordination and clash detection.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering graduate.
• Strong passion for 3D modelling and 2D detailing.
• Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Excellent communication with local and overseas clients.
• Good work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in BIM model federation, coordination and clash detection.

Required skills

• Minimum 5 years civil engineering experience in sewer, drainage and road projects.
• At least 5 years using Archicad, Revit and AutoCAD (Archicad preferred).
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks and Solibri.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on BIM modelling and quantity scheduling.
