Associate I – Master Data Management (HR)

About the role

Alcon is seeking an Associate I to join its Master Data Management team within Human Resources. You will be the first point of contact for associates and managers worldwide, ensuring employee data is accurate, compliant, and up‑to‑date across HR systems.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve daily HR tickets globally via Workday and ServiceNow, maintaining system accuracy.
• Process HR lifecycle events such as new hires, employment verifications, data changes, onboarding, and referrals following global and local compliance guidelines.
• E‑file associate records in the Box repository and support documentation creation (SOPs, policies, guidelines).
• Provide courteous, detailed responses to client requests and build collaborative relationships within the HR team.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in HR Shared Services or a similar data‑management role.
• Experience supporting multiple countries, preferably Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
• Strong attention to confidentiality and data integrity.
