Associate Analyst – Business Process Improvement

About the role

Mastercard Services is looking for an Associate Analyst to support business process improvement across the APAC region, including Greater China and India. The role focuses on managing contractual operations, vendor onboarding, and invoice processing within a fast‑paced, digital payments environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage p2p contractual operations for APAC, covering Greater China and India.
• Interface with business units and suppliers to gather delivery requirements.
• Execute onboarding of contingent workers and third‑party agreements using Workday, Coupa, and Oracle.
• Classify contracts according to the new Contingent Worker taxonomy and enter profiles into Workday.
• Prepare Statements of Work, handle vendor onboarding, and integrate with The Source platform.
• Receive, track, and document invoices; process payments to vendors.
• Coordinate communication with vendors and support additional contractual and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience with service contracts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively in written and oral English.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus, especially for support to Greater China.
