About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Rawang, Selangor. The role focuses on developing new market opportunities, achieving sales results, and leading the sales team to deliver on targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new market segments to expand the company's customer base.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.

Required profile

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, market development, and team leadership.
  • Strong ability to achieve results and drive performance.
