Assistant QA Manager – Food Manufacturing

About the role
The Assistant QA Manager will support the quality assurance function within a food manufacturing environment. This on‑site position reports to the QA Manager and contributes to maintaining product safety and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Hire and train quality assurance staff to ensure a competent team.
- Oversee the daily workflow and schedules of the QA department.
- Support business operations, including products such as shirts, and manage insurance coverage (PA).
Required profile
- Interest in food manufacturing quality processes.
- Willingness to develop supervisory skills.
